ARSER is located in the north of Italy between Bologna and Maranello in the centre of Italy's high quality mechanical engineering triangle with a high concentration of top manufacturers exporting a range of superb products all over the world: gears, machine tools, automated machinery, cars, motorcycles, and... set screws.
ARSER SpA has been manufacturing and exporting its products throughout the world for 40 years.
The company was founded by Ariosto Seragnoli (our name comes from his initials) in order to manufacture hex socket set screws using the best available machines and technology. Constant improvements over the years, advances in cold pressing and machining techniques, the use of on line Statistical Process Control systems, plus the outstanding skills of our personnel, combine to assure ARSER a position of leadership on the market.

ARSER offers customers its expertise as a partner for the development of new articles and the consolidation of standard products. The production cycle, in which all stages are performed within the ARSER plant, is fully certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. If you wish to request a quotation or place an order for our products, just go to the specific sections of the site.
The items we manufacture are packaged in various standard or special formats in bags or boxes, and forwarded to an automatically programmed warehouse that enables us to fill even the most diverse orders directly from stock.
Product traceability information is printed on each package: the label shows the lot number and production date. Customers who make a specific request can also access dimensional testing data recorded on the SPC system and metallurgical testing results obtained and filed within the company. The constant attention we devote to quality, right up to the time of shipment and delivery, makes ARSER a preferred supplier for numerous high profile companies in more than 30 different countries.
Our comprehensive range, with products taken from stock or available on request, includes more than 4000 items.
In addition to the various types of standard set screws, ARSER manufactures Special set screws to Customers' specifications, producing screw types with non-standard pitch, length and points.
Examples of ARSER Special products: :
Six-lobe socket - tamperproof recess - all types of conical points (330º, 60º, 90º, 120º ecc.) - knurled cup points - dog points with hole - socket with crossing hole - conical dog point - hexagonal socket at both ends - very short sizes (e.g. M2x2, M10x6, M12x8 ...) - fine pitches - all types of surface treatments - locking treatments with special products or with modified or deformed thread.
ARSER also manufactures and markets a range of hex socket screw keys (ISO 2936) and countersunk head socket screws (DIN 7991).
