Since 1966, ARSER has been Europe's leading manufacturer of high-quality threaded pins used in various mechanical engineering sectors, particularly window and door hardware, electrical equipment, and automotive components.

The company produces classic standard grub screws in the four commercial types (flat, conical, cylindrical, cup), special grub screws and hex keys.


The entire production cycle, from raw materials to finished products, is carried out in the factory with over 40 specialized machines, designed in-house, and two lines of steel tempering furnaces that allow for optimal standard 45H structures, as well as other special ones upon request.

The range of grains includes both standard ones in the four classic points (ISO4026, ISO4027, ISO4028 and ISO4029) as well as special and custom-designed grains.


ARSER also produces hex keys in both standard and customised lengths and threaded rods.


The entire production cycle is managed in the Zola Predosa (Bologna) plant using a fleet of over 40 special machines, entirely designed in-house, and two lines of heat treatment furnaces that allow the creation of special hardnesses, in addition to the classic 45H.

Certified quality

In addition to alloyed hardened steels, ARSER transforms other materials such as A2 stainless steel, A4 stainless steel, tempered AISI 420, brass, and aluminum.
